Sassy’s Dessert 


2 packages of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 2/3 cups of unsweetened pineapple juice
12 oz. can crushed pineapple
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 10 oz. angel food cake – torn
Mix pudding mix and pineapple juice together in bowl
Stir in un-drained pineapple
Fold in Cool Whip
Layer cake with mixture
Cover and Chill for 3 hours
