Sassy’s Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1⅔ cups unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 12 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 (10 oz.) angel food cake, torn into pieces

Instructions

  1. Mix pudding mix and pineapple juice together in a bowl.
  2. Stir in undrained pineapple.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Layer cake pieces with the mixture.
  5. Cover and chill for 3 hours.
