Sassy’s Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1⅔ cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 12 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 (10 oz.) angel food cake, torn into pieces
Instructions
- Mix pudding mix and pineapple juice together in a bowl.
- Stir in undrained pineapple.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Layer cake pieces with the mixture.
- Cover and chill for 3 hours.
