Julie’s Baked Potato Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 King’s Hawaiian loaf
  • 16 oz. whipped cream cheese
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 bunch chopped scallions (or chives)
  • Crumbled bacon
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Hollow out the bread loaf to make a bowl (save the bread for dipping).
  3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, scallions, bacon, and cheddar.
  4. Scoop mixture into bread bowl.
  5. Cover with foil and bake 1½ hours.
