Julie’s Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 8 oz. container sour cream
- Grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Melt butter in baking dish in the oven.
- Mix drained corn, creamed corn, Jiffy mix, and sour cream.
- Pour into baking dish with melted butter.
- Bake 15 minutes.
- Top with grated cheddar cheese, then cut through mixture with a knife (do not stir).
- Bake an additional 30 minutes.
