Julie’s Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 8 oz. container sour cream
  • Grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter in baking dish in the oven.
  3. Mix drained corn, creamed corn, Jiffy mix, and sour cream.
  4. Pour into baking dish with melted butter.
  5. Bake 15 minutes.
  6. Top with grated cheddar cheese, then cut through mixture with a knife (do not stir).
  7. Bake an additional 30 minutes.
