Sugar Free Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar (or stevia)
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box Pillsbury Sugar Free cake mix (or Duncan Hines Butter Golden if not sugar-free)

Instructions

  1. Spray Bundt pan with Pam.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.

Notes: Very good! Susan uses sugar-free mix and stevia.
