Roasted Pecans a la LeBoeuf
Ingredients
- 4 cups pecans
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon Tabasco
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Coat pecans with the butter and seasonings.
- Spread evenly on a foil-covered flat pan.
- Roast at 300°F for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes.
