Roasted Pecans a la LeBoeuf

Ingredients

  • 4 cups pecans
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Tabasco
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Coat pecans with the butter and seasonings.
  2. Spread evenly on a foil-covered flat pan.
  3. Roast at 300°F for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes.
